We ship fast and keep you in the loop. If you need timing, updates, or reassurance, email info@aiper.co.za — we’ll tell it to you straight.
2-Year Warranty. Because Commitment Matters.
Every Aiper comes with a 2-year warranty.
If something goes wrong, we collect it, fix it, and send it back — on us.
Outside of warranty? We’ll still help and quote before doing anything.
All support and parts are handled locally by Planetworld.

What We Don’t Cover (Let’s Be Honest)
Our warranty won’t cover it if:
- It’s been opened, modified, or repaired without approval
- Damage comes from misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear
- The warranty period has expired
Running late? Awkward. Fixable.
If your order misses the delivery window, you can cancel within 7 days and get a refund, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
Out of stock? No disappearing acts.
If there’s a delay, we’ll tell you how long it’ll take — or refund you if you’re not keen to wait. If it’s gone for good, you’ll hear from us immediately with a refund or replacement option.

Changed Your Mind? We Won’t Judge.
It felt right at checkout. Then it didn’t. Happens.
If the product isn’t defective, you can return it within 7 days of delivery — unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Wrong item? Don’t open it.

If Something’s Acting Up, Call It Out
If your Aiper isn’t doing what it promised, tell us.
Within one month of delivery, if it’s defective or not fit for purpose, our support team will assess it and guide the return.
Fault confirmed? You choose:
- a full refund, or
- a repair or replacement — at no extra cost.
No fault found? Return costs apply. Clear. Fair. No drama.
Returns Without the Chase
Here’s how it works — no hoops:
- Pack the product in its original packaging
- Email info@aiper.co.za to arrange collection
- Drop it at your nearest drop off location listed below
- We assess within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday)

Refunds That Don’t Ghost You
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, unless you request an exchange.
EFT refunds require a bank confirmation letter. Discounted items are refunded at the price paid — no creative accounting.
Aiper reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where fraud is suspected. Protection works both ways.
