Delivery Policy

Late Delivery
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days if the product(s) you ordered are not delivered within the agreed period specified at checkout. To qualify for a refund, the products must be returned to a Planetworld branch in their original condition, including all labels. To initiate the cancellation, please email aiper@planetworld.co.za
Out of stock items
- If a product you ordered is temporarily unavailable, Aiper will notify you about the anticipated delay in delivery. If you do not agree to wait for the extended delivery period or prefer not to accept another product instead, Aiper will issue a refund for the unavailable product.
- If a product you ordered is permanently unavailable, Aiper will notify you. Unless you agree to accept an alternative product, Aiper will issue a refund for the unavailable product.
Non-defective products (your right to return)
- You have the right to return any purchase made on the Aiper Online Shop within 7 days of receiving the product(s). To receive a refund, the product(s) must be returned to a Planetworld branch in their original condition, following the return procedure outlined below.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please keep the product(s) in their original packaging, retain the proof of purchase, and do not use the product.
- If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e., it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging. Promptly email aiper@planetworld.co.za to notify Aiper. We will resolve the mistake by
arranging to collect the incorrect product from you and deliver the correct product as quickly as possible.
Defective Product
General warranty:
If, within 1 month after delivery of a product to you:
In the event that the product is found to be defective, unsuitable for the intended purpose (or as expressly indicated by Aiper at the time of purchase), or not legally compliant or reasonably durable based on the circumstances and product type (“defective”), you are
required to contact the Aiper support team on aiper@planetworld.co.za. A trained technician will assist you with diagnostics and the potential return of the product to Aiper for further inspection in accordance with the returns procedure outlined below. If the product is
subsequently determined to be defective, you are entitled to either:
(a) be fully refunded, or (b) have the product repaired or replaced at Aiper expense
If the product is found not to be defective, you will not be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having such product returned to Planetworld and then redelivered to you.
When is a product defective?
Please note: the following are examples of things which will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to any repair, replacement, or refund under the general warranty above: faults resulting from normal wear and tear; damage arising from incorrect usage of the
product, damage accruing from improper installation methods, self-abuse
Supplier’s Guarantee:
All Aiper models include a 2-year warranty for your peace of mind. If your unit develops a fault within the warranty period, it will be collected, repaired, and returned at no cost. If your product is no longer under warranty, a quote will be provided before any repairs are carried out. Local parts and technical support are available through Planetworld. Exclusions:
You may not under any circumstances return the following:
- Products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated, or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by Aiper.
Return procedure to be followed:
- Pack the item(s) in their original packaging
- Contact aiper@planetworld.co.za to arrange a collection (a shipping cost may be incurred if it is determined your product voids the warranty)
- Drop off the product at your nearest Aiper (Planetworld) facility
- Allow for a 72 hours turnaround time for assessment (Monday-Friday)

Refund
Should you be entitled to a refund and upon returning the item, you will be refunded to the original form of payment used for the order, unless you have specified that you prefer an exchange.
- Processing of credits and refunds: Should you be entitled to a refund for any reason, such refund shall either be effected on the credit card used to purchase the product, or be returned in cash on return of the item if payment was done via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), having been cleared by Planetworld finance team. The following documentation is required when a request is sent through for an
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) refund – Bank confirmation letter. If you bought a discounted item and want to return the item, the reduced price will be paid back to you and not the full price. - Fraud Prevention: Planetworld reserves the right to refuse, in the interest of fraud prevention, processing any payment for any order, and/or to cancel any purchase partially or completely, with notice given to you. Planetworld will be responsible for
returning funds for the cancelled portion of the order to you only if you have already paid such funds.
